All Photo Sessions Terms & Conditions:

$50 non-refundable deposit to save your date and time. This is included in the total price. You may change it if it
works with my schedule but each change will result in a non-refundable $50. Changes due to my schedule or
special circumstances will be waived but there will still be that initial $50 non-refundable deposit.
Each 30 mins the client is late is a extra $50, if communication is present before hand this can be waived. I will
only allow a max of 1 hr late for a total of $100.
If you CANCLE your session there still is the $50 non-refundable session fee and client will still owe 50 % of the
original agreed upon price, unless waived by Rebecca Kister.
Flash drive with all photos will come with each session.
Please note: the photographer reserves full rights of ownership, as well as the right to post her works on any
website, or blog, to enter them in competitions or exhibitions, and to submit them for publication in printed books,
journals, or periodicals. Terms of full confidentiality are available for an additional 50%.
Products will be ready within 4 – 6 weeks following the session, depending on the scale of the project, some
projects will be completed within a shorter window and can be negotiated.
All prices include travel within a 15 miles radius from zip code 77502, Pasadena, Texas. Beyond that range, charges
are $100 per hour of travel time, plus 55 cents per mile, plus hotel expenses, if applicable.
